Mission and Objectives

Mission Statement

To provide excellence in consistent, all-inclusive management of operations and hospitality in the premium seating and hospitality areas within all University of North Carolina athletic facilities. This level of intercollegiate athletics demands that offerings and performances are consistent with the expectations of both the donor as well as The Rams Club and the University, requiring full-time staffing in the form of the THAH Management Office.

To become an extension of The Rams Club and the UNC athletic department, working closely therein to represent its culture, uphold its standards, and assume its mission in all dealings with UNC Athletics staff and donors.

We will provide our suite holders, club members, ticket holders and pass holders with the highest standard of hospitality services offered in premium seating management while serving through hard work, dedication and integrity.
